Job Description
Primary responsibilities will include:
Requirements:
- Perform financial analysis of companies different verticals such as petroleum and real estate and reporting to management as needed.
- Perform daily / weekly / month-end reports for reconciliation and monitor financial transactions.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed. Coordinate with account team members to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures in company and set up modern accounting software to make day to day monitoring easy.
- Timely Payment of GST, TDS, VAT, preparing RERA forms etc and filling returns
- Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions. 8. Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management. 9. Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts. 11.Coordinating with existing Charted accountant and assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations and submitting IT returns on time

- Experience - 10 + Years in accounting (real estate experience would be preferred )
- Education qualification – MCOM, CA
