Healing Hands Clinic (HHC) is a fast-growing chain of specialty surgical clinics and hospitals headquartered in Pune. The organization has built a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient outcomes and continues to expand its presence across multiple cities.

With institutional investment already secured, HHC is entering a phase of structured expansion and operational scale. Over the next 45 years, the organization plans to significantly grow its network of centers and prepare for a potential IPO.

To support this journey, HHC is looking for a strategic and operationally strong Chief Financial Officer who can institutionalize financial systems, ensure financial discipline across a multi-location healthcare network, and guide the company through its next phase of growth.

Role Mandate

The CFO will be responsible for building the financial backbone of Healing Hands Clinic as it transitions from a promoter-driven enterprise into a scaled and institutionally governed healthcare organization.

The role requires a leader who can bring financial rigor, operational discipline, and strategic insight while supporting aggressive expansion and preparing the organization for public market readiness in the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Growth Planning

Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term financial planning aligned with Healing Hands Clinics expansion roadmap.

Develop financial models for new center launches, infrastructure investments, and service expansion.

Ensure expansion decisions are supported by strong unit economics and financial sustainability.

Multi-Center Financial Operations

Oversee finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and statutory compliance across all Healing Hands Clinics locations.

Implement standardized financial reporting systems across clinics and hospitals.

Establish robust internal financial controls and audit frameworks.

Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting across the organization.

Center-Level Financial Performance

Create systems to track revenue, costs, margins, and profitability for each center.

Work closely with operations teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.

Strengthen billing systems, collections, and revenue cycle management.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

Ensure strong cash flow visibility and working capital management.

Oversee capital allocation for new centers, equipment procurement, and infrastructure investments.

Maintain financial discipline in capital expenditure and operational costs.

Investor & Board Reporting

Lead financial reporting to investors and the Board.

Present structured insights on financial performance, expansion investments, and profitability trends.

Support leadership with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

IPO Preparation

Lead financial readiness for Healing Hands Clinics proposed IPO in the medium term.

Strengthen financial reporting systems to align with public company governance and disclosure standards.

Work with investment bankers, auditors, and regulatory advisors during the IPO preparation process.

Ensure the organization develops institutional-grade financial processes and governance frameworks.

Building the Finance Function

Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team.

Implement financial systems capable of supporting rapid multi-location expansion.
