Inside Sales Consultant

Position Description:

Sales Conversion:

• Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
• Share feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 Proven experience in inside sales or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and sales software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
