Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to take on the role of Strategic Project Manager in the Founder&aposs Office. This individual will work closely with the Founder to lead and execute multiple high-priority projects across sales, marketing, growth, and operations. You will be instrumental in driving the companys strategic agenda and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage strategic projects across various functions including sales, marketing, growth, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business challenges.

• Utilize data to drive decision-making, improve processes, and optimize business performance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the companys long-term vision.
• Handle people management responsibilities, ensuring team alignment and motivation across various projects.
• Apply operational expertise from previous roles to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present analytical reports, business cases, and strategic recommendations to the Founder and senior leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting.
• MBA (or equivalent) from a Tier-1 management college.
• Proven experience in project management, operations, and analytics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
