We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master

:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement through the use of Inspect & Adapt methodologies.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and ownership.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team s progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Get Hired
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Inspect & Adapt frameworks and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
