About the role:

• There is a 3-month probationaryperiod designed for individuals interested in building a career in software implementation.
  
  This is a hybrid role that blends business analysis with technical configuration.Post the 3 months probation, we will be considering the engineers who demonstrate consistent performance and cultural alignment for full time as Junior Implementation Engineers at Hectae Analytics. Post-confirmation, you will be part of our client-facing implementation team, handling real-world customizations and project rollouts.

You will be trained in:

• Core modules of Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc)
• Understanding client requirements and business workflows
• Configuring and customizing Freshworks tools
• Basics of ITSM/CRM, automation, and third-party integrations
• Hands-on workshops, shadowing of implementation engineers
• Understanding of how businesses work and function
• Stipend will be provided for the course of 3 months.

• Willingness and ability to learn quickly
• Active participation in workshops
• Ownership and problem-solving mindset

Who Can Apply:

• Graduates / final-year students in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• Strong interest in SaaS, product configuration, and client-facing roles
• Willing to work from office full-time in Chennai 5 days a week
