Role Overview

Werelooking for smart, motivatedOutbound Business Development Representatives (BDRs)to join our Chennai office. In this role,youllfocus on outbound prospectingidentifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers forFreshworksproductsacross global markets.

Youlluse tools likeApolloandInstantlyto run targeted outbound campaigns, personalize outreach, and generate qualified meetings for theFreshworkssales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings forFreshworksproducts
  • Research target accounts and tailor messaging based on industry, persona, and business pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives to build and nurture pipeline across key industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and Manufacturing
  • Use tools likeApollo,Instantly, andLinkedIn Sales Navigatorto manage andoptimizeoutreach
  • MaintainaccurateCRM data and regularly report on outreach and conversion performance
  • Stay updated onFreshworksproduct offerings, customer use cases, and market trends

WhatWereLooking For

  • 13 years of experience inoutbound sales or B2B SaaS prospecting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and personalization skills with a structured outbound approach
