Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end legal ownership of complex transactions, fund investments, exits, restructurings, private placements, and capital markets activity.
2. Structure and negotiate cross-border transactions, factoring in regulatory, tax, and jurisdictional nuances across geographies.
3. Define and oversee litigation, arbitration, mediation, and special situations, including IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016) and restructuring matters.

Candidate should be Law Graduate with minimum 15+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law in combination with deep transactional expertise with strong commercial judgment. Candidates should know kannadais a MUST. Candidates based in Karnataka, Bangalore ONLY SHOULD APPLY.
