Assistant Manager - Packaging, Art Working & Visual Design
There are some jobs where you move pixels. And then there are some where you shape how something feels in a persons hands. This role belongs to the second kind.

You will lead the visual journey across our product portfolios: guiding packaging, digital assets, and creative execution with taste, clarity and care. This is a role that asks for both imagination and precision. Big ideas, but also the patience to check the shade card twice.
1. Packaging Strategy & Print Craft
You will shepherd artwork and packaging by working with top design agencies and executing the final print run. Here, you will:
- Work alongside top design agencies to create breakthrough packaging to elevate brand perception. Own packaging quality checks across formats: pouches, cartons, labels, sleeves and more.
- Ensure meticulous compliance with dielines, materials, regulatory requirements and print constraints.
- Review and approve artworks, cylinder proofs, PDFs, shade cards and final production outputs.
- Work closely with print vendors to uphold excellence and resolve artwork challenges with grace and expertise.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain and external collaborators to deliver meaningful packaging and POSM.
- Manage physical proofs and shade references to safeguard colour accuracy and production integrity.
2. Design & Direction for Brand Assets
Beyond the pack, the brand lives everywhere. On a scroll. In a swipe. Between two seconds of attention. Here, you will:
- Develop digital assets: statics, carousels and AI-assisted creatives for Meta and Google campaigns.
- Create social media communication for in-house brands such as Paper Boat Swing, Nata, Zero and Dry Fruits & Nuts.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital campaigns, packaging and offline touchpoints.
- Present concepts with clarity: balancing taste, feasibility and strategic intent.
3. Process & Creative Leadership

- Contribute fresh design initiatives and exploratory thinking.
- Mentor and review designers to elevate creative standards.
- Refine workflows, documentation and approval processes.
- Champion modern tools and AI-enabled workflows where they meaningfully enhance craft.
Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in design, packaging and print (FMCG preferred).
- A strong understanding of visual art, packaging production and vendor management.
- The ability to balance creative ambition with operational discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
- A confident communicator, comfortable presenting and collaborating across teams.
