Job description / Role

As a Mystery Shopper for Helion Market Research, you will visit assigned stores or service locations and evaluate the quality of service, product range, and overall customer experience.

Your tasks will include:

- Visiting specific stores or services and assessing the provided services, product assortment, and customer experience.
- Providing detailed and objective feedback based on predefined criteria.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to write clear and precise reports.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic.
- Flexibility to travel within your region.
- Professional attitude and discretion.
- Experience in customer service or market research is a plus, but not required.
