Job Description
- As a Customer Service Executive at Helioster System, you will be an integral part of our Information Technology Company service sales team. Your responsibilities will include interacting with customers, handling customer queries, closing sales calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and have a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Your ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and collaborate with team members across diverse geographies will be crucial.
Key Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in handling customer interactions
- Proficiency in closing sales calls
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Solution selling experience in the IT services market
- Exceptional objection handling and negotiating skills
- Formal sales training
- Strong collaboration and time-management skills
