- You will be joining Helioster System as a Customer Service Executive in Indore on an immediate basis. Your role will involve interacting with customers, handling customer queries, closing calls, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. It is essential to possess good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and excellent customer interaction abilities. Previous experience in customer service, meeting sales goals, solution selling in the IT services market, objection handling, and negotiation skills are required. Additionally, you should have strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and team members across diverse geographies. Time-management, organization skills, and the ability to work night shifts are necessary for this role.
The key requirements for this position include good communication skills, comfort in working night shifts, and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The employment type is full-time and permanent, with benefits such as a flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off. The working schedule will primarily involve night shifts and US shifts, with additional incentives like joining bonus, performance bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus.
