We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Helloboss. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating new business opportunities. This is a full-time, remote position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 7 years).
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and persuade potential clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-oriented and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the subscription-based industry is a plus

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking
- Contact and engage with leads to understand their needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate our subscription packages to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
