About The Internship

Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Executing internal audits
• Conducting audits, examining systems and processes, evaluating internal controls, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce risks
• Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement
• Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes identifying non-compliance issues and suggesting corrective actions
• Identifying financial risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and developing strategies to mitigate these risks
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and suggested action plans. These reports are typically presented to senior management and key stakeholders
• Tracking the implementation of recommended changes and verifying that corrective actions have been taken in response to audit findings
