Hema Automation is looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager / Head who can lead our sales operations, develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and guide the sales team with strong technical and business understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expand market presence
- Handle client meetings (onsite + office)
- Lead & mentor the sales team
- Monitor daily/weekly sales follow-ups & reports
- Understand automation solutions to provide suitable proposals
- Coordinate with internal technical teams
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 5 to 12 years experience in Industrial Automation / Electrical Panels / PLC & SCADA Sales
- Technical understanding & client-facing confidence
