Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Campaign Manager Marketplace to join our team in Indore. This role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and other Q-Commerce portals.
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to enhance product visibility, boost sales, and maximize ROI for our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, campaign management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams while serving as the primary client contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising and marketplace strategies to drive sales and category growth.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and other Q-Commerce platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize performance and ROI.
- Perform bid adjustments, keyword optimization, and inventory planning for better efficiency.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and performance marketing) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and providing regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Campaign Management and developing successful campaigns
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate strategies clearly
- Project Management skills to ensure timely and efficient execution of campaigns
- Sales skills with the ability to understand market trends and consumer behaviors
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using campaign management tools
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
