Job Description
- As a Process Compliance Officer in Manufacturing at our company, your role will involve ensuring compliance with cGMP and GSP standards at contract manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for monitoring shop floor activities, conducting GMP rounds, reviewing manufacturing and packaging activities, and verifying in-process parameters to meet Herbalife requirements. Your duties will also include managing investigations, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and tracking open investigations to ensure timely closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cGMP and GSP compliances at CM sites
- Monitor shop floor activities including GMP rounds, warehouses, and service areas
- Review manufacturing and packaging activities to meet Herbalife requirements
- Verify in-process parameters of various manufacturing processes
- Manage, facilitate, document, and review investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct investigations for non-conformances and support CMs in identifying and implementing CAPA
- Track open investigations and action items for timely closure
- Compile daily observations at shop floor and CAPA implemented
- Coordinate closely with the CM team for smooth execution of plans
- Drive visual management process to track progress of open investigations and escalate as needed

- Support Operations team by providing training, verifying closed action items, and checking effectiveness of implemented actions
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Graduate in Food Technology, M.Pharmacy, Nutrition Science, or Mechanical with food industry experience
- Skills: Result oriented, team player, capable of leading shop floor teams, proficient in Microsoft Office, good communication skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Food industry, preferably in QA/Manufacturing functions
