Job Description

    As a Senior Video Editor at Herbalife, you will play a key role in collaborating with the marketing team and junior video editors to create compelling video assets that support various high-impact marketing initiatives, campaigns, and training efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver fully realized videos in alignment with the brief provided by team members, utilizing a combination of live-action footage, stock footage, and graphics.

    In addition to video content creation, you may also be involved in producing animated graphics and gifs, as well as developing necessary graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator for integration into the videos. Your role will encompass overseeing the post-production processes for assigned projects, from the client's brief through to final project delivery. This will include video editing, motion graphics, file rendering, and ensuring successful playback or broadcast of final projects.
    As the Senior Video Editor, you will be expected to provide guidance to junior editors, approve their projects, and offer feedback when necessary. It will be your responsibility to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to Herbalife's style guides and technical specifications. Your ability to read storyboards and shot lists accurately, as well as your expertise in non-linear editing, 2D motion graphics, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects, will be essential for the successful execution of video projects.

    Moreover, you will be required to demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Your experience in media creation for marketing, advertising, or PR, along with proficiency in sound editing and 3D motion graphics, will be valuable assets in this role. Your proficiency in English and a minimum of 8 years of general post-production experience, along with a bachelor's degree in film and video production, media arts, communication, or equivalent field, will be essential qualifications for this position.
    While there are no direct reports to this position, your experience in leading video post-production teams, providing technical feedback, and making strategic decisions regarding video editing projects will be beneficial. Familiarity with a wide range of production cameras and equipment is a preferred qualification for this role.,
