Job Title: E-commerce Catalogue Specialist

Department: E-commerce

Reports To: E-commerce Manager

Location: [Gurgaon]

Experience Required: 12 years in E-commerce Product Listing / Catalogue Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra,TATA 1mg, Snapdeal and others.
• Ensure product data accuracy including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and attributes.

• Optimize listings with relevant keywords, SEO tags, and attributes to improve visibility and ranking.
• Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure all catalogue information is complete and updated.
• Monitor and update product availability, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Regularly audit catalogues for errors, duplication, and outdated information.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product pages align with ongoing campaigns.
• Analyze product performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle bulk uploads, data mapping, and category-level organization for efficient catalogue management.
• Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue or listing management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and bulk upload templates.
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.).
