Sr/Lead Process Systems Engineer

Whats the role

• Extract and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to solve business operations challenges using structured frameworks.
• Define analytical objectives, create project plans, and document high-level solution designs for end-to-end analytics.
• Build automated data pipelines using AWS Cloud technologies, ETL tools, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
• Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights, translating business challenges into analytics use cases.
• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of key analytics projects, focusing on continuous improvement of processes.
• Develop dynamic models for scenario-based forecasting, ensuring model transparency through detailed documentation.
• Design and build
  
  data visualizations to simplify complex topics, and ensure effective communication of insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, measure performance against KPIs, and provide executive-ready recommendations.

Who are you

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in BI tools like Tableau for data visualization and advanced analytics concepts such as predictive modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in SQL for writing complex queries and stored procedures, with hands-on experience in Python scripting.
• Lead technical design discussions and solutions for complex analytical use cases, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

  Get Hired
  Extensive knowledge of AWS services, including RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, AWS Glue, and Lambda.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, able to manage multiple projects and drive results.
