Role Overview:
As a GTM Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing go-to-market plans for our online degrees, courses, and certifications. You will play a crucial role in defining the customer journey, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring our product-market fit is strong. You should have a deep understanding of the online learning landscape, including different product offerings, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for online courses, certifications, and degree programs.
- Own and optimize acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure GTM success and product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, content, and tech, to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning, user needs, and emerging trends in the online learning space.
- Optimize lead nurturing strategies and implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
- Drive customer insights and feedback loops to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to grow organic traffic and improve discoverability.
- Leverage content marketing, keyword research, and backlink strategies to enhance organic growth.

- 2-3 years of experience in an Ed-Tech company, specifically in a product or growth-related role.
- Strong understanding of the online learning landscape, including degree programs, certifications, and courses.
- Proven expertise in managing product marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM, with experience in growing organic traffic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from ideation to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
