About the Role:
Are you analytical, data-driven, and energized by outbound sales Do you enjoy identifying the right prospects, engaging them with relevance, and consistently creating pipeline
Were looking for a self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Hevos Inside Sales team. This role is critical to building a strong outbound engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
What Youll Do:
  • Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels
  • Own your account list and drive engagement through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations
  • Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams to execute aligned go-to-market initiatives
  • Consistently track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics

What Were Looking For:
  • 2-4 years of experience in outbound prospecting for the US market
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach
  • High ownership mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook
