Job Title:- Manager - Patient Care Specialist

Location:- Gurugram Sector 14

Working Days:- 6 Days (with rotational week-off and rotational day-shift)

Experience:- 6 - 10 Years

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager - Patient Care Specialist to lead business growth, drive revenue performance, and build scalable sales processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across sales leadership, business operations, sales strategy, team management, and strategic planning, with the ability to convert business goals into execution at scale.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Ownership & Business Growth: Own revenue targets across business verticals and drive consistent growth through strong execution, performance tracking, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams by driving accountability, coaching managers, and developing frontline sales capabilities.
  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution: Design and implement sales strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives to improve conversion rates, revenue, and overall business performance.
  • Sales Operations & Process Excellence: Partner with operations teams to streamline workflows, optimize turnaround time, and create scalable sales processes, SOPs, and performance frameworks.
  • Data, Analytics & Forecasting: Track sales funnel metrics, productivity, pipeline health, and revenue performance through dashboards, forecasting models, and business reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Strategic Growth & Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, growth channels, monetization levers, and market expansion opportunities to scale the business sustainably.

    Relevant Leadership Experience:
    6–10+ years of experience in sales leadership, business growth, sales operations, or strategic business roles, with exposure to scaling high-growth business functions.
  • Revenue & Team Management: Proven track record of managing large sales teams, driving high-volume business performance, and consistently delivering aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strategic & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience in sales strategy, business planning, forecasting, operational excellence, and using performance dashboards and sales metrics for decision-making.
  • Leadership & Industry Exposure: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, with prior experience in B2C, consumer internet, healthcare or fast-paced startup environments preferred.
