Job Description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake ➜ sourcing ➜ screening ➜ interview coordination ➜ offer closure ➜ onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring plans, and selection criteria; provide market insights and realistic timelines.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing automation tools to build strong pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize ATS workflows—track candidates, update hiring-stage metrics, and maintain data hygiene for reporting.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments; provide calibrated feedback and support hiring decisions to reduce time-to-hire.
  • Drive candidate experience initiatives and continuous process improvements: interview scheduling, offer negotiation support, and onboarding coordination.

  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment, ideally supporting tech or high-volume hiring in India.
    • Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate role needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
    • Familiarity with Indian employment compliance and offer-to-joining processes.
