Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive - Recruitment & Onboarding to lead our new hire experience. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Onboarding and Induction process (70% of the role) for all new joiners across Corporate functions and Pan-India projects. The remaining focus will be on executing the hiring process for Managerial and Senior-level positions (30% of the role). We require a candidate who can start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
I. Onboarding & Induction Management (Approx. 70% Focus)
- End-to-End Onboarding: Own and execute the comprehensive onboarding journey for all new employees, ensuring a consistent, positive, and legally compliant experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
- Induction Program Leadership: Design, coordinate, and personally conduct the New Hire Induction Program, serving as the primary face of the company's culture, policies, and operational expectations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, coordinating with IT, Payroll, Facilities, and Department Heads to ensure all logistical requirements (e.g., equipment, system access, workspace) are ready prior to the employee's start date.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage all new hire documentation, background verification tracking, and ensure strict adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance across all locations.
- Process Efficiency: Continuously review, streamline, and implement improvements to the onboarding workflow, focusing on automation and enhancing the new hire's engagement and retention.

- Senior-Level Hiring Execution: Manage the recruitment cycle for Managerial and above positions, primarily focusing on timely coordination, interview scheduling, offer generation, and background verification initiation.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Support Hiring Managers in scheduling and providing interview feedback for senior roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and timely communication experience for all managerial and senior-level candidates throughout the 30% hiring process.
