Job Title: Demand Manager
Job Summary:
The Demand Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and lead generation across various channels. This role requires a data-driven and strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective demand generation campaigns to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies:Create and implement comprehensive demand generation plans to drive qualified leads and increase customer acquisition.
- Identify and leverage various marketing channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, events, and offline initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation and Management:Build and maintain a robust lead generation pipeline.
- Implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track leads.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on demand generation performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on demand generation goals.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate HeyEVs offerings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends within the EV and fintech sectors.
- Budget Management:Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track expenses and provide regular budget reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in the fintech, automotive, or EV industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
