Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years of working experience of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Developer with strong experience in ReactJS, NodeJS (ExpressJS), and PostgreSQL to join our growing development team. You will work towards building and maintaining modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

• Understand requirements, scope and collaborate with leads to design & develop features
• 
  Provide guidance to the junior team members (and interns) on their day to day work
• Build & enhance code deployment pipelines
• Build, test, and deploy scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building full-stack web applications

  ReactJS, including hooks, state management (e.g., Context API, Redux), and component lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of NodeJS / ExpressJS for backend development
• Strong experience working with PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries and designing schemas
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows. Experience in creating CI-CD pipelines using Github Actions
• Comfortable working with tools like Postman, Docker (optional)
• Strong hands on experience on Linux, including server performance issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with AWS is preferable
