We are a fast-growing EV financing and technology platform focused on enabling affordable and sustainable mobility in Tier 2/3 cities. Our model empowers local agents and dealers to onboard drivers and manage financing solutions effectively.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager Intern who will play a key role in driving agent onboarding and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaignsprimarily Facebook Adsand offline activation strategies.

Facebook Ads:

• Plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for agent recruitment and customer acquisition.
• 
  Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies for better ROI.

Agent Onboarding:

• Build and execute marketing funnels to attract, engage, and onboard new agents/dealers.
• Develop training materials, communication scripts, and FAQs to support onboarding.
• Work with the operations team to streamline the agent onboarding journey.

Brand & Marketing Support:

• Assist in building marketing collaterals (brochures, WhatsApp creatives, videos).
• Support in planning and executing local activations in Tier 2/3 markets.
• Track key marketing KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports.
  

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially Facebook Ads.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/local language).
