About Part Time Job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Undertake the tasks of routing correspondence


• Handle requests and queries appropriately


• Maintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders


• Make travel arrangements, bookings, etc.


• Produce reports, presentations and briefs


• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system


• Maintain contact lists


• Submit and reconcile petty cash & other expense reports


• Manage the company profile on social media


• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques


• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Key Skills

• Proficient in MS Office


• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities


• Proficiency in English


• High level verbal and written communications skills


• Preference: Candidates staying in the western line will be given preference
