Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive for our client in the mechanical equipment trading industry. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with industrial clients, and promoting sealing solutions like O-rings, mechanical seals, bearings, gaskets, and power transmission components to customers across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, marine, and construction.
• Promote the company's range of sealing products, mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, and engineered components.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions with procurement and maintenance teams.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries from clients.
• Coordinate with technical and procurement teams to ensure accurate product selection and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• 
  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain an updated CRM database and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, spare parts, or engineering supplies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical components or industrial equipment is an advantage.
