Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Advocate at the High Court in Madras located in Chennai. The Advocate will be responsible for representing clients in court, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, researching legal precedent, and liaising with clients. Daily tasks include attending court hearings, drafting pleadings, and ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Research Skills, including the ability to research legal precedent and analyze case law
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills, with proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings

  Litigation and Advocacy Experience, including representing clients in court and attending hearings
• Client Relationship Management, including liaising with clients and providing legal advice
• Attention to Detail and Strong Organizational Skills, essential for ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Experience in handling complex legal matters and working in high-pressure environments
• Relevant Legal Qualifications, including a degree in Law and membership in the Bar Council of India
