About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our recruiting team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent sourcing. You will receive training and hands-on experience using professional sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice, while learning how to identify and engage top candidates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to source and identify potential candidates using
  
  LinkedIn and Dice.
• Support recruiters by building candidate pipelines for open roles.
• Reach out to candidates through personalized emails and phone calls to introduce job opportunities.
• Assist in screening resumes to ensure candidates meet basic job requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand hiring needs and sourcing goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest recruiting tools and sourcing trends.

• Bachelors degree (any field HR, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to new people via email and phone.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.
• Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus (training provided).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes.
• Interest in working with technology, healthcare, banking, or operational roles.
