Job Description
- As a part of the team at Highline Homes, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Speak and write English and Tamil fluently.
- Monitor site-related activities on a daily basis.
- Regularly follow up with Senior Management for commercial approvals.
- Manage vendor partnerships and cost effectively.
- Take ownership of expenses for projects and resources during project progress.
- Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies of various tasks.
- Manage facility and asset effectively.
- Maintain daily expense sheets and manage them efficiently.
- Assign and manage daily workers effectively.
- Update project trackers and summaries regularly.
- Identify site conditions and prepare the site with necessary arrangements before the work starts.
- Interact with clients during their site visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of company-specific inputs and data.
- Understand the basic design of both construction and interior nuances.
- Supervise site operations effectively.
- Manage site resources" in and out time efficiently.
- Ensure on-time executions and provide instant updates to the team.
- Submit MIS reports every week.
- Maintain good attitude while handling customers.
- Uphold uncompromised work quality throughout the projects.
- Be willing to travel occasionally.
Qualifications required:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Must have punctuality.

- Possess effective communication and affable personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the work environment.
- Experience in riding a two-wheeler.
- Must own a two-wheeler in good condition.
- Quick learner with medium to good negotiation skills.
- Skills in labor and vendor management.
