Job Summary
At HighRadius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for Java product development rock stars for our SaaS products at our Hyderabad office. We are hiring for Team Leads. Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from managing teams to management and architecture roles.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design and development of high-end, robust, scalable products that disrupt the market
- Technically-intense role with a primary focus on building cool products in the niche domain of Financial Supply Chain Management
- Architect and design user stories and develop solutions to technical problems.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the team in delivering sprint stories and tasks.
- Member of core team of leads and architects responsible for market leading and fast growing cloud-based products with hundreds of large enterprise clients.
- Evolution into Associate Dev Manager or Associate Architect and beyond based on ones ability to demonstrate strong technical expertise and project & people management skills

Experience: 8 to 14 Years
Role:We have multiple roles the final role will depend on the candidates experience and credentials
Education: BE/B. Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MTech
Technology Stack: Java 8, Spring, Spring Framework / Hibernate, MySQL or any database
Knowledge of:Cloud, DevOps, Design patterns, Jenkins, GIT, Grafana, ELK, JUNIT
