Job Profile:

• Plan & manage all aspects of industrial engineering activities.
• Establishing methods for improving operations and controlling production costs.
• Plan and design industrial engineering processes, tools, procedures and production layouts for existing and new lines or machines.
• Ensure tooling/equipment and line space capacity readiness to meet demand.
  
• Improving Production line or process efficiency and ensuring that the layout of the plant is updated.
• Study and analyse line balancing as per TAKT time and ensure to eliminate waste from process.
• Plan and ensure proper forecasting of manpower requirement calculation as per Volume and Cycle time.
• Conduct overall process studies and evaluate the data to improve the utilization of resources by using the LEAN tools.
• Conduct time study, method study, cycle time improvement activities and line balancing with TAKT time concept.
• Capacity calculation as per forecast and Cycle time and ensure improvements projects by identifying the bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurrence control.
• Ensure the effective execution & monitoring of the SOPs, Work Instructions, Process manuals & suggesting necessary modifications if required.
• To ensure the building of lean manufacturing through planning & implementation of PFMEA, Poka Yoke, TPM, SPC, Kaizen etc.
