Responsibilities
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Overall 20 years experience
Minimum 5 years with Metro / Railway projects in Quality Control
- Quality Assurance: Develop, Review, and implement Employer requirements, Project Execution Plan, Quality Assurance processes to ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the construction lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion. Implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
- Risk Management: Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with civil engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Monitor project progress and address any project-related issues promptly.
- Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing civil engineering projects. Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements to maintain project integrity and safety.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department wise to measure project performance and track progress over time. Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality management principles, techniques, and tools. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities, to address project-related concerns and promote transparency and accountability.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, including inspections, audits, progress updates and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.
