Payout: INR 3K/ month + 2 % of Net sales

At Hill Queen Tea, we are looking for a Amazon and Flipkart Account Management (Part Time)who can take ownership of Amazon & Flipkart accounts, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth. The main focus will be on running ads and generating sales along with listing optimization.

Responsibilities

As a E-commerce Marketplace Manager, you will:

• Create, optimize, and manage listings across Amazon & Flipkart.
• Own PPC campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization to maximize ROI.
• Perform keyword research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  
  for better rankings.
• Optimize listings for Platform SEO & discoverability.
• Manage A+ Content, brand stores, and catalog uploads.
• Track & analyze performance metrics (sales, traffic, rankings, reviews) and prepare insights-driven reports.
• Collaborate with internal design/content teams for listing creatives, ads, and product descriptions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory tracking & account health monitoring.

What Were Looking For

• Prior 3+ years ofexperience in Amazon and Flipkart account management (must-have).
• Prior 3+ years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart PPC (must-have).
• Dedicate 3-4 hours per day on both Amazon and Flipkart account management
• 3+ years of proficiency in keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, etc.).
