Financial Analyst – Revenue Management

What role you will play in team: You will support the hotel's revenue management team in optimizing pricing and inventory strategies.

What you will do: You will analyze market trends, conduct pricing analysis and prepare reports to improve revenue generation.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
• Conduct pricing analysis and recommend optimal pricing strategies.
• Manage hotel inventory and optimize room availability.
• Prepare revenue reports and forecasts.
• 
  Collaborate with hotel management to implement revenue strategies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in revenue management (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and revenue management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of hospitality industry trends.
