Job Description

What role you will play in team: Overseeing the daily operations of a Hilton hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will be a key leader, mentoring and training your team to provide exceptional guest experiences.

What you will do: Manage staff schedules, resolve guest issues and complaints, coordinate with departments to improve efficiency. You'll also actively contribute to maximizing hotel profitability.

Key responsibility:

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient resource allocation.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor hotel performance against key metrics (e.g., occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction).
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, food and beverage) to improve hotel operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
