HVAC Technician

What role you will play in team: Maintain optimal climate control throughout the hotel, ensuring guest comfort and energy efficiency.

What you will do: You'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibility:

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  
• Order and manage parts inventory.
• Work effectively with other maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• 1-2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
