Job Description
- Plan and execute rural activation programs including haats,retailer seeding, WS activation, and local events
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and roadshows to increase brand awareness
- Strengthen rural distribution network and ensure product availability across outlets
- Drive BTL activities, promotions, visibility campaigns, and retailer engagement programs
- Build strong relationships with retailers, influencers, distributors, and local communities
- Manage end-to-end Van operations across assigned rural territories
- Monitor Van productivity, route planning, and outlet coverage execution
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and rural consumer insights
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify gaps and improve performance
- Support secondary sales growth and outlet expansion initiatives
- Ensure timely reporting, execution tracking, and compliance activities
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth rural market operations

- Previous work experience into FMCG segment preferred.
- Should have experience in taking care of rural markets and geography.
- Will be responsible for taking care of entire North.
