Role Overview:
The Branch Sales Manager - B2B Corporate Sales role at HT Media Ltd. is a leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth within the corporate segment in the Noida region. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The Branch Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding HT Media's market share and strengthening its position as a preferred media partner for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the B2B corporate segment in Noida.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to develop and execute integrated sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
