Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - B2B to lead a team of sales professionals and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and renewal strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Handling - Managing multiple AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement

- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross selling additional products/services to existing clients. Proactively address client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance retention.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute branch-level sales and marketing strategies.

- Sales Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve branch targets in alignment with organizational goals. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience:

- Minimum 5 to 9 years of relevant experience (B2B/Corporate sales, field sales)

- Team size managed: 3-5 front-line acquisition sales individual contributors.
