Director - Corporate Banking (Large Corporates)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking professional to lead and manage relationships with Large Corporate clients. The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenue growth, deepening client engagement, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions across lending, transaction banking, treasury, and structured finance products.
This role requires strong relationship management skills, credit expertise, and the ability to collaborate across internal product and risk teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Large Corporate relationships.
- Originate new business opportunities across working capital, term loans, structured finance, trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions.
- Drive revenue targets including asset growth, fee income, and cross-sell metrics.

- Lead credit discussions, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate with Risk & Credit teams for approvals.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessment.
- Structure complex transactions aligned to client requirements and bank policies.
- Build strong CXO-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio quality and proactively manage stress accounts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 14-19 years of experience in Corporate Banking with strong exposure to Large Corporates.
- Proven track record of handling large-ticket credit exposures and structured transactions.
- Strong understanding of credit appraisal, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Experience in an MNC Bank or leading Indian Bank preferred.
- Strong network within Large Corporate segment (Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Energy, Conglomerates, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
