Job Description
- The job involves processing claims, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and taking appropriate actions following process guidelines. You are expected to adhere to professional standards, established procedures, and policies to maintain customer satisfaction ratings through timely actions and adherence to quality standards. Using company policies, you will determine immediate resolutions or escalate issues to managerial input. Updating customer records by inputting data into the company platform and resolving customer issues through review, investigation, and appropriate actions are key responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (2022, 2023 & 2024)
- Experience: Freshers only
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
- Preferred Candidates: BSc, BCom, BBA, BA
(Note: No BE/B.techs, No Post Graduates, No diploma, No Pursuing candidates)
