Job Description
- As a Customer Service Associate in the Chat & Voice Process at our BPO office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support. Whether you are a fresher eager to kickstart your career in customer service or an experienced BPO professional seeking new challenges, we welcome your application.
To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any stream. Freshers are encouraged to apply, offering an excellent opportunity to begin a career in customer support in Indore. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience is required.
Key skills for success in this role include a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM for chat support positions, proficient verbal and written English communication, as well as the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Your work schedule will vary based on your gender, with male candidates assigned to rotational shifts and female candidates working day shifts. Expect rotational shifts within the specified working window.
Compensation packages are competitive, with experienced candidates receiving a CTC ranging from 18,500 to 20,500 INR, translating to an in-hand salary of 14,000 to 16,000 INR. Freshers can anticipate a stipend of 13,000 to 15,000 INR, with final salary offers contingent on interview performance and relevant experience.
