Job Description
- As a Customer Service Associate for Italian, Hebrew, and Dutch languages, your role will involve handling customer queries effectively and professionally. You will be required to communicate fluently in Italian, Hebrew, or Dutch based on the assigned language. Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner will be crucial, along with maintaining accurate records and following company processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Required:
- Graduation in any stream
- Language Proficiency:
- Italian & Hebrew - C1 level
- Dutch - B2/B2.2/C1 Certified
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work from the office in Gurugram
