Job Description
- As an experienced and dynamic Associate Regional Head- Interiors, your role will involve overseeing interior design and furnishings operations across the city. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, leading a team of interior designers, managing projects, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of interior designers, sales representatives, and support staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze regional performance metrics.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience with 4 years in a managerial role within the interiors or related industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
