Job Description

    As a Senior HRBP - Rewards and Strategy at our client's rapidly expanding flexible workspace industry, your role will be crucial in driving the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards. Your strategic advisory capability and data-driven approach will be key in shaping the people strategy aligned with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Work closely with business leaders to align people strategy with overall organizational goals.
    - Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, and workforce strategy.
    - Drive initiatives on engagement, retention, and succession planning.
    - Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs with a focus on people and culture.
    Total Rewards:
    - Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
    - Manage the performance appraisal cycle effectively.
    - Ensure compliance and alignment of reward programs with company values and business goals.
    - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to meet both business and regulatory standards.
    Qualifications Required:

    - 8+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HRBP and Compensation & Benefits; ESOP program management experience is a plus.
    - Proven experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth environments.
    - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data and analytics.
    - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    - MBA/PGDM from a top tier B-school.
