Were Hiring: Sales Manager

Were looking for a self-driven Sales Manager to own and grow our sales function from the ground up. If youre a hands-on closer who thrives working independently and building something from scratch, wed love to hear from you.

About the Role

Youll be our go-to person for all things sales. From prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships, youll own the entire sales process. Youll work closely with leadership, marketing, and product to shape our sales strategy and drive revenue growth.

What Youll Do

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting

Develop and refine the sales process, playbooks, and messaging as the business evolves

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling

Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, content, and target segments

Conduct product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to prospect needs

Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue performance

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Provide market feedback to product and leadership to inform strategy and roadmap

What Were Looking For

5-7 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets

Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the sales function

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools

Resourceful and proactive with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

Experience in SaaS, technology, or a related industry

Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Gong, or ZoomInfo

Experience building a sales function or being the first sales hire at a growing company

Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale

Experience with account-based selling strategies
